My another concern about making the default behavior to new one is, it may change a layout in existing web sites, especially when the container element bounding box is too small, like a menu items. So, I basically believe that keeping the traditional behavior by default is the best for the backward compatibility. However, Chrome which has the biggest market share already shipped with the new behavior by default, so, such issues must have already been fixed in each web site side... So, I don't have strong suggestion here, but I still think that keeping the traditional behavior by default must be safer. @kojiishi Do you have regression reports about that?
