Yup, allowing `if()` in here makes a lot of sense to me, with the restriction that `style()` queries are always false (as there's no element to look up values from) unless they've got constant values on both sides. Agenda+ to ask about approving that for general usage. (And while we're at it, making sure that `env()` also works in all descriptors.
