Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-values-4] Should progress() functions clamp to 0-100%? (#11825)

Here's some rough ideas for a new color of paint on the bike shed:

- `open`
- `continue`
- `overflow`
- `cover` (an imperfect analogy to background-position)

The advantage of `unclamped` is that we have a way to `clamp` things, by default we get that behavior, and this keyword un-does that clamping. It's pretty direct. That might be enough reason to stick with it? But it's also a clunky term.
