@svgeesus I think the question of how widespread the use is is slightly off the mark: there is inconsistent behaviour and browser vendors are unlikely to break their own semantics' backwards-compatibility. So the only realistic options are ignoring the issue or encouraging every browser to recognize both, a backwards-compatible request.
