Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-color-4] Evaluate static gamut mapping algorithms for oklab/oklch spaces (#10579)

Looking now at out of gamut colors (including colors even outside ProPhoto) all four give similar results to "CSS Rec2020" and often slightly better results.

For example, for [oklch(80% 109% 311)](https://apps.colorjs.io/gamut-mapping/?color=oklch%2880%25+109%25+311%29) CSS Rec2020 has a ΔH of 4.3, Chromium ΔH 1.7, Edge Seeker ΔH 0.03 while Björn Ottosson and Raytrace both have ΔH 0, which is ideal.

I think the next task is to capture timing information on those four.
