Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-anchor-position-1] More intuitive alignment defaults when using one-sided insets (#12512)

For the record, I'm not *super* in love with this. I find that people working in the mental model of "`top`/etc set where the abspos's edge is", which this old behavior leaned into, have a *ton* of trouble figuring out how anchor positioning works. Forcing them to instead switch to "`top`/etc shrink the containing block" helps. However, the mismatch between "alignment is always logical" and "insets/position-area can be logical or physical" isn't great, so I'm okay with accepting this.
