Right, I was considering keeping the current format, but I think it's best we don't. I've written up a [proposal](https://github.com/explainers-by-googlers/scroll-triggered-animations/blob/main/CSS_PROPERTIES.md) to more fully capture the idea of different namespaces. Putting this on the agenda so we can get consensus on: should `animation-trigger` adopt separate namespaces, per the [proposal](https://github.com/explainers-by-googlers/scroll-triggered-animations/blob/main/CSS_PROPERTIES.md) or keep the [current format](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-animations-2/#typedef-single-animation-trigger)? -- GitHub Notification of comment by DavMila Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/12336#issuecomment-3037367114 using your GitHub account -- Sent via github-notify-ml as configured in https://github.com/w3c/github-notify-ml-config
