I asked to have this on the agenda last week, but the CSSWG agenda is crowded. Perhaps we've reached something like a consensus here? At least on the behavior question, perhaps? Modulo the naming question (which will need to come next), I propose this async resolution: ``` Proposed resolution: Add a CSS property or value (TBD) that affects the behavior of :hover, :active, :focus-within, and :target-within, such that those pseudo classes no longer match box tree descendants of an element with the new property/value. This will not affect JS event propagation behavior. ``` Comments?
