Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-env] Allow authors to configure a few settings from within CSS (CSS `@config`) (#9109)

The latter is a solution the CSSWG came up with to make an opt-in possible with the current CSS syntax. It relies on the property being inheritable.

But if you look at it from a distance it’s a flag to control a certain behavior, which fits nicely in the `@config` proposal.

Advantage for that property specifically though is that you can change the behavior on a per-subtree level.
