tuankiet65 has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts: == [css-anchor-position-1] Should `anchor-scope` be animatable? == Per latest draft, `anchor-scope` is [discretely animatable](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-anchor-position-1/#anchor-scope). Following #9045, it seems that `anchor-scope` is based on (or takes inspiration from) `timeline-scope`, which is [not animatable](https://drafts.csswg.org/scroll-animations-1/#timeline-scope). Given that it doesn't make sense for `anchor-scope` to be animatable either, should the spec be fixed to make it not animatable?
