Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-values-5] Using `first-valid()` and `mix()` in shorthands (#11136)

Can you please clarify this, and close #11136?

  > `<first-valid()> = first-valid( <declaration-value># )`
  >
  > If none of the arguments represent a valid value for the property, the property is invalid at computed-value time.

For example:

  > However, if none of them includes a substitution function that resolve after parsing, `first-valid()` is validated and substituted at parse time.

So the question in the op is still open for `mix()`.
