Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-page] Expose unprintable areas via CSS (#11395)

The CSS Working Group just discussed `[css-page] Expose unprintable areas via CSS`, and agreed to the following:

* `RESOLVED: Accept edits for page-margin-safety descriptor`

<details>
The full IRC log of that discussion

<fantasai> iank_: Morton and dholbert dove into the feedback from TPAC, and have spec edits
<fantasai> iank_: Adds a descriptor with 3 values: none | clamp | add
<TabAtkins> I'm reasonably happy with the proposed spec edits, and in particular am fine with the new values.
<fantasai> iank_: Printers have some unprintable area on the sides. Add will add to the specified margin
<fantasai> iank_: Clamp will take the maximum of the two
<fantasai> iank_: There's use cases for both
<fantasai> iank_: Proposed to accept edits for the page-margin-safety property
<fantasai> RESOLVED: Accept edits for page-margin-safety descriptor
</details>
