Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-properties-values-api] Shorthand for custom property declaration (#7523)

I think I'd be fine with something like what @andruud proposed but that does have the side effect of defining the extra `--length` property which might be unintended?

I'm assuming that the vast majority of cases is just duplicated registrations (e.g. "foreground color", "background color", "non-inherited length".

So would just multiple names in the prelude work? That seems like the most trivial extension. It doesn't solve the issue of different initial values, but is that common enough? IME initial values don't differ all that much, so requiring spelling out the whole definition again seems ok?
