Relative Animation. It’s like FLIP except additive and would work for all properties not just transforms, using the easing function to blend animations when interrupting and retargeting. W3C has not shown interest, but negative width and height would allow manually constructing these animations with Web-Animations, which otherwise are only possible for translation and opacity
