Re: [csswg-drafts] `<absolute-color-base>` not enough anymore (#9555)

Chrome/FF implementations (cannot speak about Webkit) suggest making exceptions to this (as already reported by @stiiin [above](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/9555#issuecomment-2585761035)):

  > Nor are any of those values used inside `<color-mix()>` or in relative color syntax.

And if I understand your [comment](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/9555#issue-1974606742) correctly:

  > But there is no good reason to exclude `device-cmyk()` there [in `override-colors`].

You also suggested allowing `device-cmyk()` in `override-colors`.

So I would like to clarify whether your suggestion is rejected and these implementations are incorrect, or whether exceptions should be made to the above restriction.
