I'd argue that WCAG should revise this SC then. It can also be argued that with full-page zoom the _minimum_ size of the text _will_ be 200% larger than before resizing. It is just that the additional increase will be smaller when the fit-to-width kick-in. If WCAG did not previously consider cases like this one, I think it needs to. If there were discussions about this topic somewhere — I will be happy to read through them. If not — what would be the best way to provide feedback to WCAG?
