> @patrickhlauke: Coming in late, but wondering what the accessibility impact on this may be for users that use full-page zoom (on desktop/laptop) ... will they zoom to try and make text bigger, but the text will scale down to still fit in the now smaller viewport/parent? Currently, the proposed algorithm depends strictly on the container width, which should not change based on the full-page zoom, I think? The only place that we were thinking about that could take the viewport into consideration is setting the max font-size to be `100vb`, and even if the `vb` will be impacted by full-page zoom, I doubt it will ever come to play. It will only be applicable if the length of the text string is too short — ~1-2 letters. But maybe I am missing something — I would appreciate it if you (or anyone else) could replicate a potential problem using the CodePen playground with the technique: https://codepen.io/kizu/pen/QwWVXxQ! -- GitHub Notification of comment by kizu Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/2528#issuecomment-2769976414 using your GitHub account -- Sent via github-notify-ml as configured in https://github.com/w3c/github-notify-ml-config
