Thanks for working out the minutiae for this issue. I believe that the acceptable contrast between AccentColorText and AccentColor is a "courtesy" from the UserAgent but in no means a strict expectation. If a developer wants 3:1, 4.5:1 or even 7:1 it appears as though this information may be computed as needed by the developer.
