Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-shadow-parts] need definition of which pseudo-classes can follow :part() that is sufficient to produce interoperability (#10787)

After going over my test again and checking the index that tab used (above), I support Tab's conclusions in https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/10787#issuecomment-2332414419.

I think it would probably be good to resolve on that list and add the details of it to the spec, while also documenting the principles that led to it so that we can hopefully classify future pseudo-classes correctly, and hopefully also defining terms that future specs can hook into (and maybe even using that as the mechanism for defining the current list).
