Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-color] Are `rgba()` and `hsla()` functions meant to be deprecated? (#10886)

[Yes](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-color-4/#css-serialization-of-srgb)

The relevance is that changing the hue to missing in `hsl(60 5% 50% /0.9)` is `hsl(none 5% 50% /0.9)` while changing it in `hsl(60, 5%, 50%, 0.9)` is ... also `hsl(none 5% 50% /0.9)` which may be surprising.

And also that `hsl(from green, h, calc(s *.0.8), l)` will not work but `hsl(from green, h calc(s *.0.8) l)` will.
