Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-inline] Leading control at start/end of block (#3240)

As an update, we did some [refactoring](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/10675) of this feature and [republished](https://www.w3.org/TR/css-inline-3/#leading-trim).
- [Summary of the changes in this issue](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/10675).
- [Updated draft is available here](https://www.w3.org/TR/css-inline-3/#leading-trim).

There's also some interesting [open questions](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/labels/topic%3A%20text%20edge%20control). Feedback is welcome, and there are prototype implementations now in both Safari Technology Preview and Chrome Dev as they work on aligning to the spec.
