`:browse-*` makes absolutely no sense to me; I'd expect something with a verb to trigger an action, not to match a pattern. I don't think we actually have any present tense verbs in any pseudo-class (except `:hover`, which is very old). But even `:browsed-*` is confusing — if I have browsed a page and it's in my history, does that mean it would match it?
