I don't understand that comparison:
`flex-direction: row` and `flex-direction: column` are the same propery with a differnet value. makes sense.
But `grid-template-rows: masonry` and it's counterpart `grid-template-columns: masonry` would be two different properties with the same value. doe not feel very intuitive for me
