Supporting this use case with a color keyword sounds good to me. In my mind, AccentColor/AccentColorText are about getting access to the OS system accent color rather than whatever accent-color was set to, but if people really want AccentColor/AccentColorText to behave that way then thats OK with me, especially since we havent shipped AccentColor/AccentColorText in chromium yet.
