Quick question about the original comment: shouldn't the BNF for the multi-condition `<if()>` be this?

```
<if()> = if(
 [ <container-query>, <declaration-value>? ]#{1, }
 [ , <declaration-value>? ]?
)
```

That 1. fits your intent and 2. brings consistency with `var(...)`.
