Adlam is the same as N'Ko (which is in the list).  Both scripts are normally cursive, but have display fonts that can produce non-cursive text for things like headings if the author wants.

We're about to see the release of Unicode 16.  However, i'm not sure that the version number is needed, as these are only examples of common scripts.
