[csswg-drafts] [css-align] `place-items` is described as self-alignment, but I think it's default alignment (#11333)

https://drafts.csswg.org/css-align-3/#place-items-property is titled "Self-Alignment Shorthand: the place-items property", probably copied from the "Self-Alignment Shorthand: the place-self property" heading, but it sets alignment for children.
