> Should "masonry"/"waterfall" be part of CSS Grid? Yes. When compared to the masonry-like layout created with CSS Grid Level 1, `grid-template-rows: masonry` simply creates a grid without rows. This made me naturally accept it as a part of CSS Grid. So a value like "off" being proposed is understandable. ![grid-and-masonry-layout-large](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/assets/49944455/356908be-2d6f-494c-b573-9f6ef7e6b533) I also wrote about this in my blog: https://medium.com/@ebisucom/css-grid-and-masonry-layout-24a5dff6ba8e -- GitHub Notification of comment by ebisucomtechlab Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/10233#issuecomment-2084142853 using your GitHub account -- Sent via github-notify-ml as configured in https://github.com/w3c/github-notify-ml-config
