Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-gcpm-3] Publish an updated WD (#9163)

The CSS Working Group just discussed `[css-gcpm-3] Publish an updated WD`, and agreed to the following:

* `RESOLVED: Publish gcpm wd once the changes section is done`
* `RESOLVED: Add rachelandrew as an editor to gcpm`

<details>
The full IRC log of that discussion

<emilio> astearns: this one also needs an updated changes section
<emilio> chris: does it?
<emilio> astearns: fantasai is not an editor of this one so yes
<emilio> astearns: we can take a resolution to publish once the changes section is in place
<dbaron> current WD of gcpm is still https://www.w3.org/TR/2014/WD-css-gcpm-3-20140513/
<emilio> astearns: objections to that?
<emilio> RESOLVED: Publish gcpm wd once the changes section is done
<emilio> florian: q, is the editor able to do that?
<emilio> chris: I can
<emilio> astearns: thanks! I wonder if somebody would volunteer for being an editor?
<emilio> [crickets]
<emilio> rachelandrew: is this generated content for paged media?
<florian> s/editor able/editor available/
<emilio> astearns: yes
<emilio> RESOLVED: Add rachelandrew as an editor to gcpm
<chris> s/editor/co-editor
