@Loirooriol If this is just to solve the problem of #8738, no, because nothing can be nested inside this rewritten rule. They are created only at parse time for promoted declarations. If this is to solve the general discomfort with `&` being `:is(...)`, then yes. As I mentioned, I do not have a strong opinion on that.
