The [definition of `overflow: normal`](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-text-4/#valdef-overflow-wrap-normal) includes not just falling back to normal, but also: > The soft wrap opportunities obtained by relaxing the restrictions introduced by […] `word-break: auto-phrase` are not considered when calculating min-content intrinsic sizes. So I think we're good.
