xfq has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts: == [css-text] Add black square & white square characters to the definition of ideographs? == https://drafts.csswg.org/css-text-4/#ideographs U+25A0 and U+25A1 can be used to represent a missing ideograph, and should be treated in the same way as Han characters in Chinese contexts. I'm not quite sure how these two characters are usually used in other contexts, though. ![1](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/assets/2863444/3100f0e7-1380-44f7-aa43-e2673295b2e9) Example usage: ![2](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/assets/2863444/185fa505-8801-4ebf-bd8f-36c4373325e2) Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/9603 using your GitHub account -- Sent via github-notify-ml as configured in https://github.com/w3c/github-notify-ml-config
