@Loirooriol Are you sure that the current verdict on the distinct property approach is "2nd class citizens regardless of name"? What I got from [the latest log](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/1282#issuecomment-1249685175) is that "let's try to have a name that doesn't look 2nd class citizen".
