For the naming discussions, I prefer something like `@initial-state` or `@initial-style` since this is defining the [before-change style](https://www.w3.org/TR/css-transitions-1/#before-change-style) only for elements which did not have a style. This is not the from keyframe if the element did have a style and it is never used as a keyframe for css animations.
