As there was pretty much agreement on adding logical values for gradients, I put this on the agenda. I believe there are three things to be discussed: 1. Adopt @Loirooriol's [suggestion](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/1724#issuecomment-888780958) for adding `<logical-side>` and `<logical-corner>` values. 2. Also [suggested](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/1724#issuecomment-1363124554) by @Loirooriol, add a logical directions syntax for defining the origin of angles. (Idea was a `logical()` function but could also be a `logical` keyword.) 3. Should this be added to CSS Images 4 or CSS Logical 1?
