I'm not disagreeing about whether the tests are currently right or wrong, but I don't see how anything has changed the *expectations* of these tests since they were originally created in https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/commit/798952374ea5cca5062adf7cef86edd18354826f (at least for -201 and -202, which I followed the full history of). I think Xiaocheng's change was just creation of references for existing tests that was consistent with what those tests already expected.
