AutoSponge has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts: == appearance: slider-vertical == * https://www.w3.org/TR/css-ui-4/#appearance-switching * https://github.com/whatwg/html/issues/4177 * see https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/8506 If `slider-vertical` is removed, as similar values in #8506, please include usage numbers so APA can weigh in. The accessibility concern here is that in Chromium, results in a UA assigned `orientation: vertical` (the default orientation for a range/slider is horizontal). This is normally the domain of [`aria-orientation` ](https://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/apg/patterns/slider/examples/slider-temperature/) and any current usage may be depending on these UA-supplied semantics to convey the orientation.
