Adjusted [demo](https://facelessuser.github.io/coloraide/playground/?source=https%3A%2F%2Fgist.githubusercontent.com%2Ffacelessuser%2F2315c37741ae5253b8b42d2d41bcfa5a%2Fraw%2Fc03f35b3f3cd4a1ea791f5d2fec92f52bbfad030%2Fokhsl_p3.py#) to also implment Okhsv.

You can see the differences in normal Okhsv trying to represent P3 colors vs Okhsv P3 which now fits it nicely:

I don't know if people are seriously clamoring for a P3 Okhsl/Oksv, but if they are, this shows it is possible to implement both.
