I'll note that I'm not familiar with the relevant specs, but I have a vague recollection there are at least two specs that define sRGB (IEC vs ITU-R or something??), and they differ slightly due to varying precision tradeoffs of the target systems. CSS probably picked one over the other; is it possible that the discrepancy is just due to there being two "competing" specs? -- GitHub Notification of comment by kainino0x Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/5922#issuecomment-1261646795 using your GitHub account -- Sent via github-notify-ml as configured in https://github.com/w3c/github-notify-ml-config
