Interesting. If the values of these matrices are wrong (again, I didn't change them, so if so they were already wrong), then either the derivation is wrong, or the numbers in the CSS spec are wrong and the normative part of the spec also needs to be fixed. I'm just a drive-by contributor, so I'd advise this discussion be continued over in #5922 which is the actual relevant place.
