Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-font-loading-3] Lots of edits since 2014 /TR, republish? (#7065)

The CSS Working Group just discussed `Lots of edits since 2014 /TR, republish?`, and agreed to the following:

* `RESOLVED: Republish css-font-loading-3 once the Changes section is up to date`
* `RESOLVED: ... as a WD`

<heycam> Topic: Lots of edits since 2014 /TR, republish?
<heycam> github: https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/7065
<astearns> ack chris
<heycam> chris: the changes section in this spec bears no relation to the edits that have been made
<heycam> ... there has been no attempt to keep that up to date
<heycam> ... but it's 2014, probably time for an update?
<heycam> ... been a bunch of changes
<heycam> TabAtkins: I say wait for a round decade
<heycam> ... definitely does need to be updated
<heycam> ... needs a moderate amount of admin work to do that
<heycam> ... I should spend time on this next I have a free moment
<heycam> chris: the changes predate when we moved to GitHub
<heycam> ... need to trawl through the mailing list to find all the changes
<heycam> astearns: should we keep this issue open for getting the changes section up to date?
<heycam> TabAtkins: I think so
<heycam> chris: we can have a conditional resolution that once the changes section is up to date, we republish
<heycam> astearns: sounds good to me
<heycam> RESOLVED: Republish css-font-loading-3 once the Changes section is up to date
<heycam> RESOLVED: ... as a WD
