We talked about resolution of the source image a lot, though we didn't talk about setting the resolution of the manipulated image. [CSS Images 4 defines an `image-resolution`](https://w3c.github.io/csswg-drafts/css-images-4/#the-image-resolution) which allows to overwrite the resolution of all the images used in or on an element. For `@image` it could be reused to change the resolution of the manipulated image. So I've added it to the [list above](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/6807#issuecomment-1224964220).
