cdoublev has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts: == [css-grid] Explain why empty `<line-names>` is allowed == [`<line-names>`](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-grid-2/#typedef-line-names) allows an empty set since [this commit](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/commit/50024d7abd6d5721a8a63fc4a23cddb1531e8151) but there is no meaningfull commit message. I would like to know why `[]` should be allowed, noting that there is a [consensus to remove it](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/4173#issuecomment-533474227) when serializing `repeat()`. Maybe it could be explained in a note.
