That sounds like making the simple cases easier and the hard cases much harder. I'd rather have a syntax that works well without such surprises. I seem to have totally missed what is wrong with `@nest` aside from it not being popular to type. Proposal 3 is awesome because it allows authors to avoid it most of the time.
