Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-fonts] `system-ui` behavior is undesired for some users (#3658)

OK, macOS is apparently doing a much, much better job of this than I realised. I downgrade “in practice always” to “commonly” (because I think it’s still what every *other* platform does) with the other obvious corresponding wording changes.

As for the first part: it often *starts* as “the same font as their OS”, but this is very consistently “… because `sans-serif` is ugly”. (Then after that it generally becomes cargo-culting.) I don’t believe that “the same font as their OS” is actually what people are generally aiming for, and when they are it’s fairly consistently misguided: and the problems apparent in the second point show that it’s not what they *should* be aiming for, quite apart from the whole obvious thing of the semantic mismatch. If `sans-serif` was improved, people wouldn’t feel the need for something better, and so wouldn’t abuse `system-ui`.
