GPHemsley has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts: == [css-color-4] Serialization of named colors == The spec says that [named colors](https://w3c.github.io/csswg-drafts/css-color-4/#serializing-sRGB-values) (including [`transparent`](https://w3c.github.io/csswg-drafts/css-color-4/#serializing-other-colors)) resolve to their `rgb()`/`rgba()` values. However, it appears that Firefox, Chrome, and Edge, at least, serialize to their literal (lowercase) names. Should the spec be changed?
