@annevk [On Aug 24](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/7319#issuecomment-1225988203) it was agreed to use `:open` > RESOLVED: start work on an `:open` as a pseudo class, which matches things that are in an "open" state. --- The definition [proposed above](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/7319#issuecomment-1242377579) looks good to me.
