The spec was only [recently clarified](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/commit/f9d74eef468f1958e501f1c97e4f09b259969e25) to explicitly list all the longhands which are reset by the `font` shorthand. So I suspect that this is simply implementation lag.
