Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-color-4] `<hue> | none` is redundant (#7816)

Thanks for raising this. Looks like we need to rationalize defined terms so that legacy formats don't end up getting unintended new features.

I don't think that was the reason but yes, we again need check that `opacity` doesn't end up getting unintended new features.
