Are you proposing that we - Standardize on TR29? (Doesn't give the desired results in this case, apparently.) - Standardize on word spaces only? (Doesn't work well for e.g. slashes.) - Create a complete new set of segmentation dedicated to text-transform word boundaries (e.g. separate on only spaces and slashes, and no other punctuation)? - Create a partial new set of segmentation rules (e.g. separate on spaces and slashes, and maybe other punctuation up to the UA, but not on periods or hyphens)?
